We drove ALL night Christmas Eve to get to Vegas for Christmas morning. Luke got off work at 11 pm and raced home-we loaded the car and got on the road. After making it through patches of heavy fog we arrived at my parents house at 5am... We crashed on their couches for a few hours until I heard little feet and voices upstairs from the room Asher was staying in. Logan was also waking up so I took him upstairs to say merry christmas and she was so excited- she ran into my parents room yelling "Logan is here!" and the fun began. We woke up Luke and opened our stockings before Lauren and Garn arrived for breakfast and opening gifts. It was a great day and we were really spoiled! Logan was still tired from our journey and ended up falling asleep during the excitement.
One of the best parts of the big day was getting to talk to Leslie! So good to hear her cute voice! She has been out 10 months now! I dont know about for her, but for us it has flown by!
Lauren introduced us to the best invention ever-Bumbo--Logan loved it! Also great since he has a flat spot on his head and we are trying to keep him off it so he doesn't end up in a correction helmet. Bumbo is a win-win! Doesn't he just look like a little man?
