Luke's mom is a very talented crafter. Every year she enters her creations into the county fair so we always like to go and see what she entered and what prizes are awarded. This year was no different, but she entered the birth announcement she had made for Logan so it had special meaning for us. She won a first prize blue ribbon! She also entered a plastic canvas of Noah's Ark and a school with stuffed animals she made and got two more blue ribbons for first prize. We also got to take Logan on his first pony ride! They had a baby pony and I couldn't resist! However, it is a lot of work to walk around with a horse at it's pace holding on to a squirming baby while avoiding the um...dung? of the horse in front of you! We also walked through the little petting zoo and Logan loved all the animals! We can hardly wait to take him to the zoo for his birthday!
